Shipping policy

How does delivery work?

As soon as your order is placed, our team will immediately begin processing your order and getting it shipped out. All items will be dispatched within 5 hours.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don’t worry if the tracking number doesn’t show an available package within the first 24 hours — the system can take a day or so to catch up.

You cannot change your shipping address if your order is dispatched.

You can expect to receive your order within 6 – 12 business days with the free shipping option, 1 – 5 days with the express shipping option.

For Custom Orders: Please note that custom-designed models require an additional 3 days for design and 7 days for production before shipping times begin.
